Burke Family

I've had the privilege of growing up with Lauren and knowing her for the past 23 years of my life. That's a lot of time, people! Lauren was my best friend in high school and I still hold dear to me the conversations and the laughs that we had together - they were in abundance. We spent so much time together! I remember one time Lauren had a dentist appointment that must have slipped her mind to tell me about, and after it had happened I was slightly offended that I didn't know she had it in her calendar... haha... I have healthier boundaries now, people. ;)

Lauren and TJ and their little gem of a gal, Clara, now live in Halifax, and we are treated with the fact that we get to see them roughly every year. (Sidenote, though I didn't write a paragraph about our friendship, TJ, you really are the cat's meow. We have yet to meet a friendlier and easygoing person! You teach us so much about caring for others and investing in others. It's nuts.) The most recent time that they came down, we hosted the Burke family, and I decided that this family needed to be documented, so we headed to the bush nearby to snap a few photos.
